A short text file, typically 1-2 paragraphs long, describing your Society
Use this opportunity to give your members basic information about your
group. For example, you might include description of your
Society, it's history, areas of interest & expertise or thrust.

Names & Titles of Individuals, Addresses, Phone, Fax Numbers, & Email Addresses
i.e. President, Secretary, Treasurer, Council Members, etc.....

Include text descriptions, (& graphics if appropriate), but remember
graphics take up much more space than text! Keep all images smaller
than 3 x 5 inches.

If you can put it on paper then, there is a way that we can put it on the WWW.
Use any standard word processing or graphics program to create this information and save the text as a simple ASCII
(text) and images as TIFF (graphics) files. Include a printed copy of the information and send it to the MSA
TeleCommunications Office. You may send it either by Email or by conventional post. It is always important to send a
printed Hardcopy by surface mail to insure accuracy. Basic conversion of your electronically submitted data into your
WWW page is FREE, but a nominal hourly fee for keyboard entry of information may be requested if substantial
information is submitted by hardcopy instead of in digital format.
